As the first step of our exciting partnership with Assetora Australia Limited, we have agreed to establish a fund to enable investors to directly take an interest in our journey.  

The  Investors in the Assetora Investment Fund are invited to participate in the Assetora HealthTech Innovation Fund (the Sub-Fund), a Special Opportunity Sub-Fund created through a partnership with Cardiolink Pty Ltd (“CardioLink”) (ACN 689 765 099) which will provide exposure to high-growth healthcare technology assets with an initial focus on specifically innovative medical devices deployed through a revenue-per-use model or a licence subscription. 

CardioLink will be the General Partner of the Trust in which the Fund invests into. The improvement in the medical device market is growing exponentially and presents an outstanding opportunity to participate in the sector. 

CardioLink will act as an incubator hub for the identification and initial analysis of opportunities for the Sub-Fund and if appropriate will introduce the opportunity to the management of the Sub Fund for further investigation and if thought fit adoption on agreed terms. The Fund will initially focus on the acquisition and distribution of clinically proven devices, beginning with a next-generation Wearable ECG Patch Monitor. Devices will be placed with healthcare providers, clinics, and diagnostic networks, generating predictable, recurring income tied directly to usage. 

The Fund will also seek to identify other vertical opportunities for other mechanical technology devices and products including AI driven products to deliver training and delivery for those in the medical and health support professions. In each case the sub fund will acquire the devices for distribution by CardioLink. 

 The Sub-Fund targets an initial capital raising target of AUD $10 million, with potential to scale as further vertical opportunities are identified.
